I must say that your line work on this is really awesome. I really like how they appear to be a little rough but are nicely defined.
Feets seem to be a bit too small, i think.. Well, since there's no real elements of comparison for the proportions, it looks okay!
I think that, in a normal case, a foot's size equals the forearm size. And the forearm size must be half the arm (your hand arriving on your shoulder)..
But don't hesitate to give you some kind of points of references like that, observing your own body.
Do you used Photoshop on this? It looks like a Flash-made pic
I outlined him in Flash and then brought him in PS to color.
